Built in 1890, Roskhill House Guest House, near Dunvegan, offers a rare opportunity to experience Four-Star Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a unique old croft house. The Guest House nestles in a tranquil country setting, 100 metres off the main road, just three miles from Dunvegan village, in the beautiful north west of Skye.
In and around Dunvegan there are award winning restaurants. Wildlife watching and easy and moderate walks abound. Roskhill House makes the perfect base from which to explore Skye.
Our guest lounge, once the old post office, has traditional exposed stone walls. Tea, coffee, a selection of sandwiches and freshly home made cake are available from our menu each afternoon between 4.30pm and 6.00pm.
All rooms are ensuite. Free wireless Internet access is available and there is satellite TV in each room.
We have a small area in the shed, with a cycle work stand and a few tools for loan, should keen cyclists need to work on their bicycles or just keep them dry overnight.

“We only stayed one night but could not have felt more welcome. Property immaculate, friendly and welcoming hosts. Very comfortable en-suite room and bed. As leaving very early to catch ferry our hosts offered to make a packed breakfast which was excellent.”
“Although situated near the main road to Dunvegan you don't notice the traffic but hear the rushing of a small river.Breakfast is excellent, and in the evening you can use the comfortable sofas of the lounge.For a walk there are some maps for lending.”
